Thanks to its sponge-like structure, Sprout Support keeps the balance between water retention and aeration right on point. That means your seedlings won’t suffocate or dry out — they’ll thrive. Strong roots start forming fast, giving your plants a solid foundation from the jump.

With micronutrients and active biologicals

We’ve added micronutrients and active biologicals to boost early root development and plant vigour. These biologicals help your seedlings take up nutrients more efficiently and strengthen their resistance to stress. Think of it as a nutrient-packed launch booster for your baby plants.

Step 1

Moisten the plug

Start by adding clean water to the plug to activate it. Let it absorb naturally until it's fully moist but not soaked. The goal is a soft, sponge-like texture — not soggy.

Step 2

Insert the seed

Gently place your seed into the hole at the top of the plug. Press lightly, just enough to make contact with the moist medium. No need to cover it completely — nature will do the rest.

Step 3

Wait and watch

Place the plug in a warm, light space and mist occasionally to keep it moist. In a few days, your seed will sprout, and early root growth will begin inside the plug.

Step 4

Transplant the seedling

Once the roots are visible through the sides or bottom of the plug, it’s time to transplant. Pop the whole plug into your chosen medium — soil, stone wool, or hydro. No root shock, no hassle.

Each plug is pH-balanced (5.7 ± 0.2) and clean, with a stable EC (0.8 ± 0.2) — perfect for seedlings that don’t like surprises. No harsh additives or guesswork, just a grow-ready medium that lets you focus on getting your grow off to a strong, healthy start.
